Dear all,
please help me to understand ICC opinion TA668
However, the document in question has no signature space. The structure of a courier receipt is not governed by the UCP; this is for each courier company to determine. The ICC Banking Commission cannot dictate that a signature is required when the courier company's document does not require such evidence.
should i count this that a courier receipt that do not have a signature space need not to be sign?
signature on courier receipt

A courier receipt without any box of signature usually bears at least a letterhead and a code bar.
.
Let's totally ignore opinion TA668 and stick only on UCP 600 as per your answer. In this case you have to agree that following UCP600 a signature may be a simbol or any other electronic method of authentication and the code bar can be interpeted as the issuer signature for the purpose of UCP600.
.
Look forward to having your opinion in this respect.
