Post by akomolpa » Fri Oct 02, 2009 12:19 pm

Dear all,

Now I hardly see that nominated Bank clearly specify that they negotiate the documents presented under LC on their Covering Schedule.

What is the reason? What's about you Covering Schedule Form? Can you show me?

is it always necessary to know whether the nominated bank has negotiated or not? in most cases not unless the maturity date is to be calculated from the date of negotiation.
