Hi all
I have one question
Our bank is bank of issue L/C, stipulating that 2/3 original ocean bill of lading presenting
and 01 original B/L sent directly to applicant. (B/L is made to the order of our bank)
After that, our bank endorsed B/L to applicant under their request for receiving goods.
When we received presented docs under L/C, do we force to endorse B/L one more times? or needn't
thanks
endorsement

No problems
Hi Pal,
The first original, presented by applicant, that you endorse if sufficient to take up the goods from carrier. The other 2/3 originals will be, probably, used by applicant for the transaction dossier/file/archiv etc., so they could be endorsed or not. When you endorse the first original, collect applicant authorization to accept l/c documents as presented to avoid any problems, OK.
Other comments appreciated
