Can u please explain me how does a MMTD works?????
who issues it ???
what are the modes can be covered in it????
the first movement should be by sea only or any other????
is it negotiable????

1. too wide.
2. theoretically any one
3. as the name implies, any mode

4. any mode can be the first one
5. it depends on the last mode and the terms of the MMTD
