Dear Experts,

a. when the shipping company and shipper drafting the contract of carriage, they need to include UNCITRAL as reference to admit that whatever points covered in that would apply in to that contract like LC referring UCP 600 to cover points in the UCP.

What is Hamburg rules- Hague Visby rules means?

b. when the beneficiary and applicant getting into a contract do they need to include sale of goods act in the contract as reference or simply they can add points according to their requirement without reference to any internationally recognized sale of goods act.

Please advise.
