Bill Of Lading Only Mentions Port Name But Not City

Dear Colleagues,
the L/C stipulation ---> Port of discharge: Sapporo, Japan
Port of discharge on the B/L issued ---> Otaru port
The port mentioned on BL is in the Sapporo city, in Japan but neither location nor city name have been mentioned on the BL... It is written only Otaru port.
Is there any risk for discrepancy?
