Several Questions About ISP98

Under the ISP98 ,
1. is partial draw allowed, if nothing contrary is mentioned in the LC?
2. can the beneficiary amend its account number without the applicant's consent?
3. if the LC requires Certificate of Acceptance (of the goods sold by the beneficiary), can the beneficiary be the issuer of the Certificate? (LC does not specify the issuer)
3-2. If the beneficiary sold the goods to the buyer and the LC is issued by the end user, can the buyer issue the Certificate of Acceptance?
4. is e-presentation allowed, if nothing contrary is mentioned in the LC?
5. is assignment of the proceeds allowed, if nothing contrary is mentioned in the LC?
