Dear experts,

Need your valuable opinion regarding one little case.

Received a B/L with the logo, example "Hy logistics", signature is as follow: LTD "xxx" as agent of Hy logistics, at glance it is identifiable, that Hy logistics is an carrier, but there is no indication on B/L, example: carrier - Hy logistics.

Would you consider it as discrepancy?

Thank u
Gega

Hi friend,

A B/L under article 20, must indicate the name of the carrier. In my opinion, somewhere on the document,
carrier must be defined. Therefore, I would treat it as discrepancy.

BL is discrepant as there is no indication of the name of the carrier.
