Discrepancies Corrected In Second Presentation

I am Santhosh from Kunstwerk Machinery we encountered following Proble.
1. We received Confirmed LC from Deutshce Bank Germany.
2. Applicable Rules UCP 600 ( excluding 12 B of UCP 600 )
Period of Presentation is 15 days.
We presented Documents to the Bank on 27th July 2015 ( documents reached to Issuing Bank )
from which we received a Advice of Refusal on 3rd August highlighting 4 DISCREPANCIES.
Which we corrected and second presentation was made on 7TH AUGUST 2015 AT 11.48 AM ( documents has reached to issuing Bank ), FOR WHICH WE HAVE RECEIVED A REFUSAL ADVISE ON 17TH AUGUST 2015, ( stating Late Presentation ) AFTER BANKING HOURS , THIS IS AFTER THE BANKING HOURS OF THE 6TH DAY FOLLOWED BY THE DATE OF PRESENTATION.
Now Our bank has send a Swift message on 19th Aug 2015 and again on 21st Aug 2015 , for which we have not received any reply , On 2nd Sep 2015 , Our Bank highlighted that the Refusal adice is not as per Article 16 of UCP
Till now we have not received any response from Deutsche bank Ag Germany , what should we do now.
Kindly advise us.
