+ INV show ''Notify party: Same as consignee'' (other infomation satisfied as UCP600, art18, ISBP745 and LC, LC not require Inv show Notify party)
+ B/l: notify party: ABC co., ltd (as per LC)
Issuing bank adv Discrepancy as belows:
1. NOTIFY PARTY CONFLICTS WITH I/V AND B/L
We absolutly disagree with this dscrp because Notify party on INV is not required by UCP, ISBP or LC, only additonal information. It only imply Buyer or applicant, its function differ from Notify party on B/L which required clearly at LC.
Give me yr idea?

I agree with you .as you express , knowledge in invoce is additional info.Issuing bank cant not advice disrepancy regarding this matter.This disrepancy is incorret as per ucp.
