Documentary Conditions In Field 47a

Dear All,

I know that this subject has been raised in these forums before. However, I am looking for a more documented answer then i could find.

If a document is required in field 47a, can it be disregarded, or is it a required document on the same scale as those mentioned in field 46a.

Does anyone have any icc rulings or similar to back up their opinions?

Dear Picant,

Thank you for your comment.

I agree with you!

However I am trying to prove my back my opinion up with facts. An icc ruling, docdex decision, court ruling, or similar. Does anyone know of anything like that?

Hi,

In MT700 the headline of the field not an indication to judge about the field to give precise desicion.
Hence, a document be required even if it mentioned in field 47A rather than 46A.

You may review G.Collyer FAQ's and TAs as said above.

Finance,

Find someone who subscribes to DC PRO. The portal has all DOCDEX & ICC Opinions that you may wish to access.

It costs EUR2500 p.a per person. :-$
