What are GSP FORM A?
Hi Pal,
we are speaking of GENERAL SYSTEM OF PREFERENCE Form A, this means that a Country will apply Customs Duties more favourable to goods coming from another Country, normally on semifinished or finished products . My Country, Italy, accepts
this Form A for goods coming from many Countries. I read that this form will be valid till year 2017, may be it will replaced by a simple declaration on invoice.(not sure about that)
