If lastest date of shipment is 30.9.14 in the lc
date of issue of b/l is 01.10.14 and received for shipment date is 29.09.14
Is this a discrepancy?

Hi Pal,

a bill of lading may be issued later than the on board notation, but on board notation must be within the term indicated in the l/c
Received for shipment, except when expressly required, has not meaning.
Ciao

Hi,

The date of BL means date of issue of BL. The goods may be shipped before and later BL is issued. This is not a rare case.
