Both are same. Drawn or made out in the name of carry same effect.

Basically there is no difference Between Drawn Or Made Out In Bill Of Lading.

Dear Sir,
Thanks. The word of 'Drawn" already existed in letter of credit but suppliers is asking to amend it as " made out'
Is there any facility for the suppliers by changing above?
