Hi Pal,

In primis the rules governing transport, than a Seawaybill is a direct transport document, bill of lading, even if not transferable, may be presented in one original to take up goods.

non negotiable sea way bill consignee field shouldn't use to order,to order of.whichever details mentioned consigne field same party received transport document.
