Hy Everyone,

I hava a little case, i (issuing bank) opened an LC where packing list is required, the formulation is the following: "+PACKING LIST IDENTIFYING, THAT FOR THE UNDERLYING GOODS RORO AND STEEL CASES SHIPPING METHOD IS ARRANGED, ONE ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY."
.
Today i received an Packing List and there is such indication: "Shipping method is arranged."
Nothing mentioned regarding "RORO AND STEEL CASES SHIPPING METHOD IS ARRANGED".

Is that valid discrepancy?

In the absence of any required data, the document wil be accepted in terms of UCP600 sub-article 14(f). So, It's a valid discrepancy.
