Issuing Bank Name on Documents for LC

Dear Experts,

I have an irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit, my Beneficiary Bank told me a ridiculous thing in regards to the clause where I need to mention issuing bank name in all shipping documents. The Clause mentioned as below :

" All the documents required must bear our Bank name (Issuing Bank Name) and LC Number"

I have mentioned the complete Bank name in all of my shipping documents as follows:

Consignee :
To order of Blom Bank France,
full details of the bank.

My ben bank said that this is not enough, and I have to add such as below:

Consignee :
To order of Blom Bank France
full details of the bank

Issuing Bank :
To order of Blom Bank France
full details of the bank

I found that the request is ridiculous. However, they said if I did not do this way, it would be discrepant. Would you guys think it will be a discrepant without me mentioning Issuing bank : etc.. ??
Your Immediate response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Dear Surya

This discrepancy seems in order, Consignee details shall not satify requirement of issuing bank. Whatever You are telling consignee would be: to the order abc ...not telling issuing bank name.
Details required as follows:
Issuing Bank: Blom Bank france or xyz as mention in L/C.

Other comments are appreciated. Brgds
