We have a L/C , under documents required, call for insurance certificate in 2 originals , and the insurance presented by bene with a column " original issued: 3"

Please refer to UCP600 - article 28 (b) :
When the insurance document indicates that i has been issued in more than one original, all originals must be presented.

As such, you must expect all 3 original to be presented.

I refer to ISBP art. 29:

The number of originals to be presented must be at least the number required by the credit, the UCP 600 or,
WHERE THE DOCUMENT ITSELF STATES HOW MANY ORIGINALS HAVE BEEN ISSUED, THE NUMBER STATED ON THE DOCUEMNT.

As such bene need to present 3 originals.
