Both are Original
UCP 600 article 17 (c) iii :
a bank will also accept a document as original if it - states that it is original.
ISBP para 33 further refer to UCP 500 article 20 (b) ii - banks will also accept as an original document(s), a document(s) produced or appearing to have been produced : as carbon copy provided that it is marked as original.
I'll take both as original as they have marked as 1st original and 2nd original.
