presentation under transfering L/C

Hi, expert, there is transfering L/C call for phyto cert.

and the phyto cert presented by first bene show the inv no. is diff from inv , since the first bene only change the invoive and draft , the phyto is presented by the second bene showing the inv no. is the same with inv which is presented to first bene,
so this difference arised because the first bene change docs.

is this a discrep ? and how to amend this to a clean docs to forwar to issuing bank?

This should not be a discrepancy, the certificate is related to transfer LC, if we follow the logic of ISBP para 183 and 184, as long as the Good description in general terms and the consignee is the first bene, the certificate should not consider discrepant.
