full set of BL
1. Bill of lading is the title document - ownership of goods to which the BL relates can be conveyed by transferring the document from one person to another.
2. The carrier is entitled to effect delivery of goods to the holder of only one original BL (duly endorsed where necessary).
This is the reason that most of the issuing bank require the BL to be made out to the bank's order, rights under the BL may later be transfer by endorsement and delivery. (your may refer to chapter 6 - 6.2.3).
