The applicant paid the lc amount to issuing bank
But the issuing bank didn't transfer lc amount till now
The customer take the document from the bank
What the legal solution
Help please

Hi Pal,

please refer to a lawyer, an international lawyer, only people located in the notpaying bank country cold give a proper answer.
