Dear All,

Can anyone please refer CDCS PRACTICE TEST QUESTION NO.31 (SIMULATION 1) and provide clarification for
answers B & H.

Answer Given : ABCHJ

B : Partial Shipment Effected
H : Transport document not signed in accordance with UCP600.

Hi,
Answer "B" , since goods was sent by "consecutive carrier" (Item 17)
Answer "H" , since the signature not identified as of whom (carrier or agent)

I think that item 17 of CMR is a transhipment
praobably is pallet 1/4 - 4/5 missing 5/5

I think justification of Answer H would be since Artticle 24a(i) requires road transport document must indicate receipt of goods by signature of carrier and dcoument in question does not show these details.

I also think its partial shipment due to reason, '' pallet numbers 1/5 - 4/5'' shipped and
item 5/5 not shipped.
