LC is asking for a multi modal transport document, "Multi modal transport bill of lading" what it means and where it will be used, it is not a title, it will be help full in solving it.

MMTD means which covers at least two different modes/methods of transpotation ( such as first land , then Sea)
if this MMTD last mode is by sea then it is called Multi modal Bill of lading whihc bears title of goods and negotiable
in case of MMBL , last mode must be by sea/river
If last mode is land/air it will not be treated as a Multi Modla bill of laning . It is just MMTD
