I would like seek your opinion on the document(s) before present to you. If let say, LC indicate the company's name "M/S or Messrs" (For e.g M/S ABC Company Limited)
Wouldn't the documents in discrepancy if the the applicant company's name or the beneficiary company's name did not indicate the word M/S or Messrs or vice versa situations.
We seek your kind opinion.
Thanks a lot.

Nope
No dear,
I would not consider this as discrepancy, because you can add M/S on any party in the world, whether its beneficiary or applicant, its by common sense.
Any different views?

depends on which document is it
Hai,
According to ISBP If does not affect the meaning of a word or the sentence in which it occurs, does not make a document discrepant.
For example as we know that, if this discarbency is in transport document it is not acceptable in any other documents it is not a discrabency. ofcourse this depends on documentchecker, weather the document meanig is change or not.
This is my opinion, any other views?
Thank you.
