question from ISBP and Its ISBP that should help
In the event that more than one set of multimodal transport documents are presented and if they incorporate different dates of shipment, dispatch or taking in charge, the latest of these dates will be taken for the calculation of any presentation period, and such date must fall on or before any latest date of shipment, dispatch or taking in charge specified in the credit.

In the case of two on board notations in bill of lading ie shipment will be complementd only when the goods
are loaded on to the vessel so the latest dated specifies that the shipment is completed so that's the reason the latest date will be consider.

hi everyone,
for 43e: i believe the reason why the earliest date be regarded as the date for calculation of due date, lies in the fact that the complied shipment fulfills on this date.so this same date should also be regarded as shipment date to determine the presentation period.
ilc
the contents you quote is from isbp80,which is a little bit different,in that case no partial shipment effected despite more than one b/l presented,
if b/ls presented (and more than one vessel concerned),the earilest date should be used to determine the preiod of presentation.----ICC R255

so iam still confused.
