bank advising transferred credit

could someone help me on this?

what is the status of the bank which advised a transferred letter of credit to the second beneficiary. is it a advising bank?

Hi Berry,

Yes, it is Advising Bank only.

Any bank advising MT720 to Second beneficiary is called as Advising Bank and the bank sending MT720 is called as Transferring bank.
