As per the UCP AND the ISBP, any document signed with an original signature will be considered as an original.
The question here, what if the presented document bears an original signature and in the same time marked as a copy .
shall we consider it as an original?

Original or copies
Refer to UCP600 article 17 (b) - if the document marked itself as a copy, it will be consider as a copy regardless of whether the signature is original or not.
