Hi

If there are two different carriers involved in multi model transport operations,which carrier has to sign the transport document?

it depends on the specific nature of the transport document. there was an opinion from ICC declaring that signature from anyone will do. but that was not a general one and was for CMR. so we need more detail of the transport document

Hi

if there are two different carriers which are used to transport the goods from beneficiary's warehouse to applicant's warehouse:
suppose say,ABC transpots ltd is used for ROAD transport and XYZ shipping co is for SEA transport.
is it fullfill the obligation of the both carriers if only one carrier signs the MMTD?
and,is there any difference if the second mode is by other than sea?
