how some 1 can contact with icc regarding l/c disputes and is there any fee,r we need to hire a lawer .what is icc role in l/c matters.is other bank binding with icc.how icc will force bank to solve the pro.what is icc,s powers and how quickly icc take action

You may look at their website WW.ICC.org but I am unsure as to whether they are able to represent a body who is not a member of the ICC. In the UK it costs £990 a year to join the ICC and you can then receive discounts on courses, publications and they can represent you in arbitration.
