If a document is photocopy and signed with an original signature or signed according to sub article 17b, is it an original?

Any document which is signed by way of an original signature shall be deemed to be an original document even if it is not headed as such.
Thanks

What if a transport document (let's say B/L) shows that it was issued in 3/3 originals but 3 originally signed photocopies of an original is presented. Does it render the document compliant?

Hi Christian
I agree with you on the subject of B/Ls. I was referring to invoices and packing lists or any other document which would not normally be issued on pre-printed forms.
