LC requires copy of transport document to be presented. copy of transport document is presented showing port of loading and discharge different from LC terms. will this be treated as discrepancy?

ISBP(20) says "Copies of transport documents are not transport documents for the purpose of UCP600 articles 19-25 and sub article 14(c).The UCP600 transport articles apply where there are original transport documents presented.Where a credit allows for the presentation of a copy transport document rather than an original,the credit must explicitly state the details to be shown.Where copies (non-negotiable) are presented, they need not evidence signature, dates, etc."

how to check copy of transport documents as follows:
please consider the following scenarios

A)

Documentary Credit issued per SWIFT MT700 according to UCP 600

duly filled field 44 E and F

in field 46, together with other documents, required:

-Copy of on board bill of lading, issued to the
order, blank endorsed , marked freight prepaid,
notify applicant, dated not later than.....

B)

Stand By L/C per SWIFT MT700 under UCP 600

field 44 not filled

field 46:

-demand,

-copy of unpaid invoice

-copy of the relative bill of lading..



C)

URDG 758 per SWIFT MT760

-Demand

-copy of unpaid invoice

-copy of relative bill of lading.
