Fax no outside the applicant's country
The credit requires a shipping advice sent by fax to applicant (without the stipulation of fax no.) and the fax report. The presentation includes a fax report which indicates a fax number outside the applicant' country. Is it discrepant?

Hi Pal,
if no details stated the documents must be accepted as presented. Some documents checker could not be aware of the international phone codes and tha applicant could have a special arrangement with a phone company located outside. I called, one, a german bank, doing the german dialling code: I spoke with someone in Ireland!?!
