I would like to ask your opinion on the following issue:
One of the special conditions of the credit stated: "B/L must be issued by ABC (Vietnam) Pte Ltd."
The bill of lading presented used letterhead as ABC Pte Ltd and signed by ABC (Vietnam) Pte ltd. As the nominated bank, we quoted the discrepancy: "B/L not issued by ABC (Vietnam) Pte Ltd" based on ISBP 681 Para 22. Are we correct in this point?
I highly appreciate yr opinion.

Hi Trang,

You are absolutely right, the issuer is ABC Pte Ltd. but signed by ABC (Vietnam) Pte Ltd. TWO ENTITY, right?
