weight details in packing list conflict with weight in awb

Dear All,

Please let me know whether is it discrepency when weight details in packing list is not matched with weight mentioned on the airwaybill as i am getting lot of discrepencies from LC issuing bank.

without specific case, its difficult to answer this question. any way, in general, the answer is yes. if two weight are shown against the same qualification (net, gross etc.) it would be a discrepancy
