What is the latest presentation date?

Dear Expert,

May I ask for your opinion on the following:

Query 9
LC

44E: Kotka port, Finland
44F: Busan port, Korea
44C: Latest date of shipment
091110
(NOV 10, 2009)

48: period of presentation
presentation must be made not later than 21 days after the date of shipment but within the validity of this credit

B/L presented showing

Place of Receipt: Kotka CY
Ocean Vessel: OOCL ROTTERDAM
Port of Loading: Kotka port
Port of discharge: Busan port, Korea
Place of delivery: Busan CY


5x40’DC shipped on board “SPICA” from Kotka on 08.11.2009 AND
6x40’DC shipped on board “TYRUSLAND” from Kotka on 14.11.2009 FOR
TRANSSHIPMENT ON “OOCL ROTTERDAM” at Hamburg on 16.11.2009

What is the latest presentation date?

Calculation of presentation date

Hi

As per the example provided by you, BL evidences two onboard notations. In my opinion, when there are two onboard notations, the earliest of them should be considered for calculation of presentation period. Therefore, 08/11/09 is the earliest and hence the latest presentation date is 8+21 days which is 29/11/09.
Please correct me if iam wrong.

im bit confused. is the two vessel name there. havent seen such one before.
