Dear Expert,

May I ask for your opinion on the following:

Query 5
L/C:

44E: Finnish port
44F: Ansan via Korean port

B/L presented showing

Pre-carriage by: blank
Place of Receipt: Kotka, Finland
Ocean Vessel: DEF
Port of Loading: Kotka, Finland
Port of discharge: Kuangkong (Korean port)
Place of delivery: Ansan

Must B/L on board notation showing port of discharge:
Ansan via Kuangkong

For case 1: Ansan is a seaport
For case 2: Ansan is an inland place.

In my opinion, case 1 required
B/L on board notation showing port of discharge:
Ansan via Kuangkong
But not case 2

Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
