May I ask for your opinion on the following:

Insurance Policy showing subject to 5 pct deduction.....

Insurance policy showing subject to 5 pct deduction......

but pre-printed “irrespective of percentage”

Is the pre-printed clause is acceptable or not?

For your reference:

Article 28
j. An insurance document may indicate that the cover is subject to a franchise or excess (deductible).
