Dear All,
I received one LC from our buyer stating FOB CHENNAI AIRPORT in the field 45A - which is mentioned alongwith the discription.
Also mentioned in 47A as "incoterm of this LC submitted to incoterms 2000 of ICC paris".
In this case pls confirm which way I have to mention on the LC incoterms:
a. FOB CHENNAI AIRPORT OR
b. FOBC CHENNAI AIRPORT INCOTERMS 2000
Regards/Vijay

Hi Pal
I consider FOB Chennai Airport Incoterms 2000 the correct wording.
Other Comments appreciated
Ciao

Agreed with berry, FOB is only use for sea port to sea port.
