issued in english?

Hi, export,

I have a L/C say , all documents must be issued in english, wheaers, the docs presented by bene are issued in english , ok, but with chinese signature , is this a discrep ?

Its acceptable.

Please refer to ISBP para 39 - the signature in chinese is acceptable.
