I have a case, a L/C call for a bill of lading , and the B/L presented by bene showed the title as " bill of lading, but under this title with a pre-printed "to be used with charter parties, but it is deleted and with an authentic stamp. on the below with a pre-printed column say " charter party date" but nothing to fill in, and this b/l signed by a master.
Is this bill of lading acceptable ?/

Not a charter party BL
I would consider this is not a charter party BL since the deletion of charter party has been duly authentic.
