L/C confirmation
1. To read L/C carefully, ( normally , before adding confirmation, confirming bank need to communicate with issuing bank and beneficiary )
2. normally , advising bank is confirming bank, also nominated bank, bene will present doc to adv/confirming bank,
confirming bank check docs, if find discrep , may inform bene to change docs, at the same time , may communicate with issuing bank , no need to use swift message , throgh phone is also ok ,
3. make sure everything is ok, comply with , may forward to issuing bank.
charge comm fee,,, and other charges before forward to issuing bank.
