Accordingly, a consignee's copy of RCN was presented complying to all credit conditions, however the RCN was signed as Transport Operator.
Is it acceptable?

discrepant
according to UCP article 24,
therefore only the carrier or his agent may sign the document. otherwise it would be discrepanta. A road, rail or inland waterway transport document, however named, must appear to:
i. indicate the name of carrier and:
• be signed by the carrier or a named agent for or on behalf of the carrier, or
• indicating receipt of the goods by signature, stamp or notation by the carrier or named agent for on behalf of the carrier.
