HI,
Dear all, I have a dought about "is there any negotiation of sight payment?" For example,
Customer presents the sight paymeNt draft (documents)in nominated bank, if N.B dont want acts on nomination then it forwods the documents to the ISB. For ISB to determine weather it is complain or not it takes 5 days time. becz of that he wants to negotie for immidiate payment in N.B.
IS IT POSSIBLE?
PLZ CLARIFY .

to negotiate a document, a nominated bank must act on its nomination. otherwise its not possible
