Could anyone please clarify me about the distinguishment between Incoterms 2000 and Incoterms 2010?

incoterm 2010 is just another forthcoming version of Incoterms. INCOTERMS was first released in 1936 and revised six times ever since. 2000 is the latest version that we use now. the third draft of 2010 is expected to be discussed in march ICC meeting. incoterm 2010 is expected to be in market in early 2011.
