could anyone explain
is it mandatory a handwritten signature on post receipt , road waybill (truck waybill) and railwaybill

UCP 600 article 3

A document may be signed by handwriting, facsimile signature, perforated signature, stamp, symbol or any other mechanical or electronic method of authentication.

this applies for all the documents including transport document.
