Is it discrepancy???

Hello

Please refer to UCP600 article 30 b) but this is only applicable if goods are not statedin terms of a stipulated number of packing units or individual items.

Perhaps the amount shown is in fact a typographical error? Has a bill of exchange been presented.

Is it applicable for both less and high value according to sub article 30)C ?

This is nothing, IF there is no tolerance, then its Not Exceeding, it can go below the LC value by little amount, dont you agree?
