Can anyone tell me if they opened any LC and the beneficary in ukraine?

Tell me what Banks also you recommend to intiate RMA with?

I have recently opened an L/C available with ING BANK UKRAINE.
Claim was correct and therafter documents as well. I recomend it to you!
