ISBP para 180

L/c called for insurance policy or certifciate for 110pct of invoice value and endorsed in blank. Insurance document presented showed assured party as applicant without blank endorsed by applicant. Is it acceptable under ISBP Para 180?

in my opinion its not acceptable. this is in clear conflict with the LC. if the LC calls for endorsed to the order of applicant, only then it would be acceptable in its present form

any comment?
