When a L/C stipulated: shipment must be effected by break bulk vessel.
What criteria should we look at the transport document? OR Should we ask for a shipping company certificate to confirm that the carrying vessel is a 'Break Bulk Vessel'?

non documentary condition
its a non documentary condition and must be disregarded. so you are not suppose to look for anything on the transport document. however if the transport document shows that shipment has been effected through container, i may consider it as a discrepancyTLO wrote:When a L/C stipulated: shipment must be effected by break bulk vessel.
